Full job description
I’m hiring a part-time housekeeper.

I’m looking for a housekeeper who has years of experience running a luxury home and can provide references as well as a DBS check. If you are hygiene conscious, have attention to detail, organisational skills and speak fluent English, feel free to contact me.

Responsibilities and role description:

-Days: Monday to Friday, part-time

-Hours: 5pm to 9pm (we can negotiate the hours), ideal for those looking for extra income after their full-time job ends

-Location: central London (Tower Hamlets)

What you’d be required to do:

-cleaning and making sure things are tidy

-be hygiene conscious

-have organisational skills and attention to detail

-have experience in prepping food e.g. washing vegetables and fruits and putting them in organised containers

-making sure thing are always in their order e.g. pillows fluffed, flowers in vases etc-wiping down the groceries, putting groceries away in cupboards, washing fruit and vegetables before putting them in the fridge

-organising food in specified containers e.g. spices in their containers, rice, pasta etc in other containers etc

-unpacking delivery parcels, wiping them down and putting them in their places

-vacuuming, wiping floor and furniture, cleaning of bathrooms, freshening up other things when needed (such as cleaning kitchen appliances, vacuuming of sofa etc)

-occasional laundry (but no ironing)

The property is an apartment in a luxury development in central London, inhabited by a woman and a small friendly dog. There will be no need to take care of the dog. There are high standards to be met, not much dirty cleaning however, there’s lots of upkeep and maintenance.
