Hamlet Laundry Ltd is seeking a confident and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Reorder Calling Executive. This is an office-based, part-time role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and previous experience in phone marketing or tele-sales. The primary task will be to contact our existing customers, encourage repeat orders, and promote our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Call existing and previous customers from our internal database.
Promote services and encourage reorders in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain call records and customer feedback in our system.
Follow up with interested customers and schedule orders where applicable.
Assist in identifying customer concerns and report them to management.
Meet weekly targets for successful reorders or conversions.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing, phone sales, or customer outreach.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Confident, positive attitude, and target-driven mindset.
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours:
Part-time (approx. 15–20 hours/week)
Flexible working hours may be considered.
Compensation:
To be discussed during the interview process. Incentives may be available based on performance.
Contract Duration:
Initial 3 months part-time with potential for a permanent full-time position based on performance.
